Welcome to Jourhuit Marketplace (“Jourhuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a vendor (“you,” “Vendor”) on our platform. By applying, listing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Vendor Onboarding & Account Registration

Onboarding and registration are free of charge.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business.

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate business information and keeping it updated.

Jourhuit reserves the right to approve or decline applicants based on brand alignment.

2. Listing & Inventory Management

Listings must include accurate titles, descriptions, and high-resolution images.

All products must be original, in your possession, and ready to ship.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

You are responsible for packing and shipping all orders placed.

Orders must be shipped within the committed timeframe and include tracking.

If delays occur, vendors must notify both the customer and Jourhuit immediately.

Vendors bear responsibility for all lost, delayed, or damaged shipments unless caused by customer error.

4. Fees & Payouts

There are no platform fees and no commission on sales.

Vendors retain 100% of revenue from their product sales.

Jourhuit may offer optional services (e.g., marketing support, pop-ups) with clearly outlined separate terms and fees.

5. Returns & Customer Service

At a minimum, vendors must accept returns for:

Incorrect items

Damaged or defective goods

Vendors are responsible for issuing refunds or replacements in a timely manner.

Failure to provide adequate customer service may result in removal from the platform.

6. Compliance & Authenticity

Vendors confirm that all products listed are:

Legal to sell in the U.S.

Free of infringement

Safe and ethically sourced

Vendors are solely liable for their product claims, legal compliance, and taxes.

7. Content & Licensing

By listing on Jourhuit, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your images, descriptions, and logos for marketing, PR, and website content.

Jourhuit may promote your brand via social media, press, or other platforms unless you request exclusion in writing.

8. Confidentiality

All shared backend access, internal communication, or sensitive business information must be kept confidential.

This clause survives for 2 years after vendor departure.

9. Termination

You may leave the platform at any time by emailing us with 7 days’ notice.

Jourhuit may suspend or terminate your account for violation of terms, misrepresentation, or customer complaints.

All pending customer orders must still be fulfilled even if your account is deactivated.

10. Liability & Indemnity

Jourhuit is not liable for product defects, missed shipments, or customer disputes.

You agree to indemnify Jourhuit from any claims arising from your product listings, shipments, or communications.

Jourhuit makes no guarantees on sales performance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.

If unresolved, legal matters will be governed by the laws of New York, with exclusive venue in New York County.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes.

Continued participation after updates indicates your acceptance.
